It’s getting warmer and warmer. In fact, two local temperature records were set a couple of days ago. While everybody is cranking up air conditioning and securing their space around a pool, I’d like to remind you about dangers of excessive heat. One of the very important things is to stay hydrated. Personally, I prefer coconut water (https://amzn.to/3LC0HdH) – it contains a lot of electrolytes, and I just love it!
